Normally i havent much
to say becuse i am so busy just getting
on with my own stuff and things are
just normally ticking along.
The newsletter will have
to be broken into quite a few parts
and may even stretch to another page
becuse so much has been happening.
The first Syndk8
Meeting and possibly the
first Black Hat Seo Metting in the
world happened the other day.
I misjudged my times and
arrived at the hotel in the middle
of Manchester (UK) at about 10am but
the meeting wasnt supposed to start
until about mid-day.
Thankfully the hotel had
an open wifi connection so i used
the time wisely to do a bit of spamming
using the hotels ip and then installed
a quick mysql database.
About midday this guy
walked upto me holding a sign saying
`Mr Spammer` and of course it was
4eyes who had arranged the meeting.
I had never thought but as he was
picking Zwart up from the airport
after his grueling trip from the `North
Pole` 4eyes would need to identify
himself to Zwart so it was a rather
ingeniuis way.
So there was me (Earl
Grey), 4eyes, MickG and zwart at first
and i was rather concerened that it
was only going to be the four of is
but we immediately got into the good
chat of how to really make the big
moneys from spamming the search engines
so i was enthralled because some of
these guys have been doing it for
several years compared to me few years
experience.
We had a few pints chatting
about how we can takle it to the new
level and one by one the spammers
came from all corners of the country
such as up north and down south. As
i dont get out much i hasnt even heard
of some of these places but there
was some damb funny accents in the
room.
Anyway,, so we sat in
the hotel drinking for a bit talking
about different shit and showing each
other our creations on the laptops,,
but it was funny because it wasnt
look at how pretty and grahical this
site but more look at how there is
nowhere fro the visitors to go other
than out through you know where ;).

I have once again
had to send the newsletter out quickly
and before i wanted to so it it sort
of cut short.
Free Domain Names!
Yes that right, the belguim
registrar has decided to waiver the
first year registation fee on all
.be domains for the first year.
After the first year they
are charged at something like 20 Euros
but if you can` make at least the
reregistration fee back from a domain
then you need to learn more.
By the way,, i think this
size of text is a lot better and more
readbale so i am gunna redo the entire
site in it to make it a lot more readable.
Anyway,,, nip over to
The Belguim
Registrar to register
around 10 domains in your name but
you can also register another 10 in
other peoples names.
I made sure i got syndk8.be
and the rest are just industry specific
domains for the few industrys i concentrate
on for my real sites.

On another note you may
notice that the site got hacked the
other day and there was a short thread
about it in the forums.
I will admit that i got
lapse with security and installed
a bad script without checking it.
I spent the next 21 hours
solid after the hacking trying to
track the culprit down from the massive
footprints they left.
As some of you know i
run am very big in the private detective
lead generation industry so i have
a lot of experienced detectives i
can call up and call favours in from.
I had about 6 private
detective companys crawling the web
and doing the research on the information
i had and not suprisingly we have
actually identified who did it.
A very interesting experience
indeed and we shall await developments.

There is another copy
of these forums that started up recently
and they are sending out mails saying
that they are going to become a pay
for entry forum and i just want to
say that this forum will never be
one that becomes something just to
line my own pockets and i will never
make it a pay for entry even if i
have to fund them myself.
This forum is about the
members and will always be about the
members becuse the members make it
what it is.

I think i will redesign
the entire site to make it more dialup
friendly and the pages load faster
becuse there is more people than you
would realise actually use a dialup
connection.

The next Syndk8 Black
Hat Meeting is scheduled for sometime
in February 2006 so that is plenty
of notice.
If you only leave the
computer once a year, this is the
time you need to go out of the house.
I persoanally think the
place that we held the meeting last
time was fine and had everything we
needed but i think that 4eyes will
be dealing with all that side of the
arrangements becuse he seems to either
like arranging things or has a talent
for it becuse everything went smoothly.
